RecommendedLooking to sublease my studio efficiency apartment here Asap! Moving due to personal matters. The apartments as well as the staff are amazing ! My lease ends in July, I pay $750 a month. I will cover the sublet fee and make sure everything else is taken care of!

Hey anybody, everybody, SOMEBODY!!!! Looking for a great apartment deal??!!! Our son left TX after his freshman year (in May). We live in South Carolina. He signed a one year lease with The Republic ( one bedroom) starting NOW....August 2019. We are willing to pay the first three months of the year lease!!!
