I been here for two years and I love my apartment. My request for any maintenance request are always completed as soon as they can be and they have great events as well!
Just moved in August & i have been waiting for a while to move in! Best part is having a restroom to yourself� had been living at this other apartment for nearly 4yrs and when i finally moved out then to here, it was a big difference. Monthly events, friendly staff, 24hr workout & club house, and could easily report maintenance issues in the apartment� already renewed for next year the moment the opportunity came up�
Love this place! Great apartments, and great prices. Staff is always so friendly and maintenance is very quick. Love that they have a dog park! Recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

The Republic has been great to me so far. The maintenance team always promptly responds to service requests and the staff is really nice. The only issue is people don’t pick up after their pets which can be messy and annoying to walk around. Other than that I have never had an issue and enjoy living here.
I toured the Republic at Sam in October. It is a beautiful complex and the person who gave us the tour was great and answered all of my questions. The application process was super easy and explained well.

This is a great first time college apartment. Close to campus and a-lot of great events!
As I'm getting ready to move out of the dorms, this was the first place I visited. I absolutely love it! I walked in the front door for a tour, and every single employee greeted me and offered refreshments. It's kept clean and beautiful; very close to campus; easy access; and it's not crowded, which is how many apartment communities make me feel.
