WELL......... it is the 4th of July again.....(we missed last year due to Richards construction running behind also) and we still cant use our grill because the exhaust fan does not evacuate the smoke as it should and you cant stay inside to cook because the smoke kills your eyes, then the water features STILL are not working properly (2 water/fire bowls and only 1 has a trickle of water), AND the fire will NOT ignite!!!! Worst customer service ever. Their building managers never show up to check the poor job done by subcontractors. Do not hire the,
Poor workmanship, poor execution, poor sense of urgency. Would not recommend. Why they opened another location if they can't handle the jobs they currently have.
Having to wait a week or more for warranty service is unacceptable. Any recommendation from staff is asking you to spend money so they have a reason to wait longer to service you, the customer. They have 1 technician in service...how is this possible?
