Worst customer service ever. Their building managers never show up to check the poor job done by subcontractors. Do not hire the,
Poor workmanship, poor execution, poor sense of urgency. Would not recommend. Why they opened another location if they can't handle the jobs they currently have.
Having to wait a week or more for warranty service is unacceptable. Any recommendation from staff is asking you to spend money so they have a reason to wait longer to service you, the customer. They have 1 technician in service...how is this possible?
