I purchased a hot springs hot tub from them and can not get the hot tub connected/installed. The rude Cristy states their electrician wont touch someone elses work. wth. the work is i side the tub. smh. The power source is there because it was a previous tub there. This is a upgraded one. Now its here while i search for someone from the manufacturer hot springs to contact me
