Would not recommend using this company. Management seems to be the issue, does not respond to emails, app provided, or phone calls. App is pointless, since it’s never updated or no one responds. Contractors are sub par and not supervised. Project manager isn’t able to “manage the project” due to multiple jobs going on. You are better off managing your own project as you have to remind/ update them on the progress. The project will sit at idle for several weeks at a time.

2/13/2022 To anyone interested in a pool installation.Do your self a favor and look elsewhere for a pool builder.This is not the company for you. Please do not be fooled by the many positive reviews. It is my opinion that many of them are fabricated.Forget the notion that the customer is top priority, because it simply is not true with this company. After 11 months and 93,000 after my swimming pool has not been completed from the beginning it was a head ache we signed the contract in june 2020 and up to now there is some issues that have not been completed this company dont send nobody to check the subcontractos this are the issues that i had during the process 1. This is not my first post about our never ending pool project. BUT here it is almost mid-November and we are left with a destroyed backyard and trash piled up. Hi Barry, Jose and crew, here we are, over a year after start of construction, and still waiting for you to get stuff done so we can be inspected. Anyone over there want to actually finish the job? We keep calling and texting. Also the upgraded patio you convinced us was so great is cracking, so we’re super excited to need your action on that as well. I’m beyond frustrated with Richard’s. We signed our contract at the end of April/beginning of May and we are still not swimming’s. Our project manager seems incompetent and doesn’t seem to know anything going on with the project until we call and ask her when the next step is happening. “Oh you need decking? Our pool has been a disaster since the tile and coping stage. At the end of September it was supposed to start. We were delayed a week because of our Bowls. It turned out that the real problem was that they did not have the the tile that was promised. We selected another tile and waited another week. Finally work began.
