We began our pool 9 months ago, as Richard’s was transitioning to their current corporate structure. There was a terrible accident at another location and our Project Manager was injured, we were abandoned for 8 weeks. Since, we have been promised contractors will complete our PAID FOR (in total) swimming pool and what has occurred is repeated no-shows. We thought they could make up for the rude first encounter, and we really liked the design, but it’s been problems one after the other. Delays, excuses, and zero communication, or effort to get the job done. One week from completion and they’ve decided to get into a standoff with the loan company.
