Contracted 10/9/2021 - Still begging for them to plaster my pool. 10/20/2022 This has set waiting for final stage now for 2 months because Project Manager failed to receive proper City Inspections. I've had to beg every day of this 10/17-10/20 week just to get the pool finished and then was told Payment of $3,745 was going to hold up scheduling the plaster. Pool build: Our experience was not a good one. The finishes did not live up to expectations. Plaster looks horrible, saw cuts on coping that they filled in with gray plaster, equipment issues, and so much more. Glad we got the pool, but I’m disappointed in the appearance. 😔

I have a friend using them and they have been AWEFUL. The job is in total meltdown and they appear to have no intention to remedy the situation or complete the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I 100% do NOT recommend Richards Pool. Dealing with Mike has been a total headache and he does not honor his word. We were in the process of moving, so we did not have the time to really shop around. Called him and he sold me over the phone on his warranty and convinced me to pay $1500 for his design and he would throw the warranty in. I figured ok, worst we would be out is the $1500. They want to take your money, promise to use a builders app but will not update it. Tried to get the Project Manager to come out and look at issues with build but no one will return a call. They promise a lot in the sales room but don’t hold up to those promises. I have 5 rebar spots showing on my pool and wont come out and review job and correct the issues. UPDATE: Our pool was finally completed last July. We have filed a warranty request three times for the same issue with our tile since then. Twice they came out and it was not repaired correctly. This time we are being told that the tile guy is not available. The most recent request was filed on April 27th. We were told he will come by and he does not show up, then we were told they are running two weeks behind schedule, and now we are being told that the tile guy has not provided an update on when he will be available to fix... read more
This company continues to be extremely disappointing. We started our project a year ago and we are still dealing with all the headaches. They do not communicate! We raised concerns throughout the entire project and last week we spoke to the owner. The same lack of communication has continued and progress is beyond slow.
