She went out of her way in helping us decide what accessories and colors best matched our jacuzzi. Even went into great detail on some of the hottub operations. She follows through on everything she says she's gonna do which is very important factor when making this large of a purchase. She's always bubbly and has a great personality. Amazing company!! A couple of years ago when Richard's put my pool in I beat them up pretty bad. At that point Stacy got involved and got all of my issues squared away. Since then, any time I've needed service they have been exceptional. Paula is a ROCKSTAR. She communicates well and frequently. When she tells you something is going to happen. It happens. Kristin Barrow was extremely helpful in solving our cover problem. She even went above and beyond to help us get a loaner cover so we can enjoy out hot tub during the season while we are waiting for our new cover to come in. Highly recommend Richard's, especially because of the great customer service we received from Kristin.
