Great company to work with! The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the perfect hot tub. They are very thorough from start to finish. I had someone come out for site evaluation to make sure everything would fit and took photos. Every step of the way is documented and updated to a group chat so everyone stays on the same page. Purchased a hot tub from Corey in the Spring store. He couldn’t have been easier to deal with. Ricardo and David delivered our spa and explained everything thoroughly. One week later, I had questions about the chemicals and went to the store. Jenna was so nice and answered all my questions. Nice folks and great product.
We got our hot tub from Richard’s at the beginning of April and have loved it! Installation went easy and guys were very professional. Bryan and David took care of getting things just right for us. We had an issue a couple of weeks later and Bryan came out and handled it easily. When you pay for quality, you get quality!
I could not be happier with the service I received from the Spring location. Purchased a hot tub that have I have been wanting for awhile! I checked out a couple of places and ended up here. Jenna was a absolute pleasure to work with! She listened to what I wanted and what would work for me and that is what I got. Richard’s has awesome customer service. They were great when they installed our pool and they’re always great about taking care of our pool. Bryan and Angel came out today and fixed our pump in no time. I never have to worry about price or quality. They’re always very nice and professional.

I purchased a hot tub from Jenna. She was amazing extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. Excellent customer service. The delivery crew was amazing. David, Innocent and Brian were phenomenal. They were on time and respectful. Customer service was amazing. Extremely happy with my purchase and experience. Kristen was fabulous also!!
