Started our pool on 4/1...was completed in 7 weeks even with a few minor issues along the way..Jose did a great job stepping into the project mangers role ...still adjusting the cleaning system but the grands have totally enjoyed it ...shout out to Tina and Stacy also ...

Took the Pool Care 101 with Joy November 2018. Very informative, useful information about equipment, chemcials and overall care of my pool. Would highly recommend all pool owners to take this class.

Ryan & Mike sent a fantastic video while they were on their way ... I absolutely loved it! They were extremely helpful and kind, but they were also 100% professional. Finally, they finished applying the spa cover shield that had not been put on very well by the Spa Valet people ... when I had paid an additional $500 for that service! The rest of the service men at Richards could learn a lot from Ryan & Mike!!! Very sincerely, Jim
We bought a Hotspring spa from Barry. It was delivered today by Ryan who was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Our old spa was neatly taken away as well. The experience was great!
I came into my pool after it was installed, my now husband had it installed. I will say that the ingrown cleaning system makes the care of the pool so easy. I went to Richard’s pool school that they offer monthly and learned a lot about the care of our pool. I highly recommend this company. Their customer service is great.
We just bought a swim spa from Richards TBS and are very pleased. Danny was very responsive and answered all our questions. Ryan and Mike did the installation and they were fantastic. They went beyond the call of duty to walk us through everything and even had someone bring a replacement part from the store during the installation. Ryan has stayed in touch and us still helping us. We had some hiccups during the installation but Ryan and the team got us over the hump.
It's been a year now since JP and Michael finished our Pentair self cleaning pool and spa. We're still in awe every time we glance at the beautiful pool we have in our backyard. I had an awesome experience all throughout the phases of the project from the design to the finishing touches.They were always ahead of schedule despite some delays due to the weather (they finished in 5 weeks).
