RecommendedI'd like to share my experience with Richard's Pools. - Although we ran into several inconveniences and delays during the first phase of construction, I was completely satisfied following a change of project manager. I was very pleased with Jose Zepeda who finished the project and continues to assist with general questions and support 6 months after completion. I wish I would have requested Jose Z. from the beginning of the project, congrats to him for the great job.

They built a great pool and deck for us last year... there has been hiccups but the service department has been great dealing with all that. Would highly recommend, best warranty too
The crew that came out, Innocent , David ,Ricardo we’re so AWESOME. Very polite and knowledgeable during their installation and really helpful with all the questions I had! I would highly recommend them and use them next time and I will be requesting Innocent , David ,Ricardo to do the install and nobody else. Still working on the electrical and we will be up and running shortly for a dip!
We worked with Kristi Patterson on our pool and hot tub design. She is extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her field. She was patient when we had revisions, helpful when advising, and answered all the questions and concerns we had along the way. Highly recommend Kristi at Richard's Total Backyard Solutions.
Few hiccups during construction but overall we couldn’t be happier with our pool. The workmanship and attention to detail is second to none. Great customer service all around from Our designer Nick to our PM Chance! Thank you! Also want to thank Torah and JR for your customer service!
From start to finish our hot tub purchase went perfect. Jenna was knowledgeable in finding the right tub for us. Kristen kept our schedule slab pour and electric install smooth. David and Ricardo installed our tub and schooled us on how to maintainit. We love it!
Purchase with Jenna in july was good...delivery and installation with Liam and Innocent today was GREAT...all of the communication and planning in between was beyond disappointing, especially since we had picked Richard's based on the reviews regarding their customer service.
Since our first home purchase in 2003, we have dreamed of having a beautiful outdoor living space complete with a pool in our backyard.
