I would also like to say a big thank you to Innocent and Ricardo for giving excellent customer service when they have come over to help us to service the hot tub.
Our hot tub was purchased in 2020. Kristen was our project manager & still to date is my go-to person for everything: from asking questions about spa operation to ordering chemicals. She is quick to respond & a very nice person with whom to work. Always a pleasure talking to her & getting quick solutions/ answers.
My hot tub was purchased from Richards in 2007. The heater went out but these guys had the parts and fixed it!! I was amazed! They were very professional. It’s working like mew! Thank you all!!

I want to thank Paula N. for going above and beyond to get my hot tub cover replaced and I want to thank Kristen B. for helping with the follow up and delivery. Very thankful for both of them!!! I bought my hot springs grandee in 1999! And still hanging in there with different replacements, and still love my backyard from Richards TBS!!! (Hot tub with wrap around decking and flagstone patio, Beautiful!!) Thank you!!!
