We made a decision to proceed with installation of a pool not only during the summer of 2020 but also during COVID when everyone else had the same idea! I am sure the process was a bit slower than in a normal year due to that. Once our project manager Bray Vincent started the mark-out and excavation, he diligently made something happen every week! We had a very positive experience with Richard’s pools. From the start with our pool designer Kristi, who listened to what we wanted, and work with us to get exactly what we wanted! Construction meeting with Stacy answered any and all questions we had as we went completely through the contract. Lots of selections for the finishes in our price range!
