Forgive me for forgetting the man behind the counters name. He handled our arrangements to rent a storage unit in a professional and courteous manner. I found the storage facility clean and well marked. My unit was very clean and ready for my stuff.
To the owners and stakeholders of your storage facilities, I would like to bring to your attention a significant issue that has caused considerable distress and hardship for many individuals. Still feeling the affects of having all of my family pictures and every important document stripped away from me because this place could not honor their payment arrangement with me. Had to pick 5 stars or my review wouldn't show. The negative reviews don't show on this site which is misleading. This facility is terrible. I recommend renting elsewhere. BEWARE

Rented here, my unit was ransacked, lock still on, staff did not care, told me to report it to the police, wouldnt review cameras. Will never rent here again.
Not even close to the bogus ass reviews they pay for from birdeye. Don't trust this place. This location has a serious history of treating customers very poorly, burglary of units, errors in line process, refusing to ask auction bidders to leave pictures and ashes behind. No communication, they don't honor their payment plans they make with customers. Rightspace storage in San Jacinto is the absolute worst thing that has happened to me. They did such a poor job handling the lien sale of my unit. I could on and on but what's the point. They literally didnt anything right or legally. Nor did they show once but of class or decency. Lazy, greedy, liars, unprofessional. Not happy with the prices at all
Not happy with my entire family's history being sold to some jerk when I tried to pay. How dare you jack up the late fees and lien fees until the bill was astronomically high then refuse my money when I come in to pay instead of letting me close out my account and retrieve my things.
