Forgive me for forgetting the man behind the counters name. He handled our arrangements to rent a storage unit in a professional and courteous manner. I found the storage facility clean and well marked. My unit was very clean and ready for my stuff.
Shady business. Terrible customer service. Fix your ****** up ***** policies. Stop abusing your tenants.

The policies at Rightspace regarding missed or late payments are predatory. Charging absorbent late fees, lien fees, lock cutting fees, pre lien notice fees further contribute to the hardship a tenant faces. Selling a tenants property should only be used as a last resort. Especially considering a large percentage of auctioned units contain mostly personal items that are of little to no value to anyone other than the tenant. Still feeling the affects of having all of my family pictures and every important document stripped away from me because this place could not honor their payment arrangement with me.
