Forgive me for forgetting the man behind the counters name. He handled our arrangements to rent a storage unit in a professional and courteous manner. I found the storage facility clean and well marked. My unit was very clean and ready for my stuff.

Not a good place birdeye gives bogus star ratings. It's a paid service. Shouldn't be in business. Birdeye and right space.

The policies at Rightspace regarding missed or late payments are predatory. Charging absorbent late fees, lien fees, lock cutting fees, pre lien notice fees further contribute to the hardship a tenant faces. Selling a tenants property should only be used as a last resort. Especially considering a large percentage of auctioned units contain mostly personal items that are of little to no value to anyone other than the tenant. Why is jacking up the fees so a tenant can't pay to get their property out more important then allowing them to pay and close out their unit. Too auction happy. How exciting. Oh yay Fun fun.
