Unit sold off after I tried to pay, they refused my money so they could auction my unit. And also refused to ask the **** who won my unit to leave the pictures or ASHES behind so I could pick them up. Real classy establishment.

Very poor policies here at the San Jacinto location. Unethical. Even worse customer service. **** shame really
The storage on Esplanade in San Jacinto Ca does not treat their customers well at all. They do not address issues when brought to them. The old managers were awful and allowed the employees to steal from the units. I don't know how the new managers handle things but even with good intentions the corporate higher ups in the company are not at the least bit concerned with what's happening at the facility. Birdeye Reviews you CANT TRUST This is review manipulation at its best. Be careful storing your stuff at Rightspace. They have a long history of treating customers poorly and sweeping it under the carpet!!
Don't rent here. They let people rip off the units, they don't care
You should not be selling tenants pictures snd legal documents. Nor should anyone be able to buy them. Both the storage company and the people bidding on OTHER PEOPLE'S UNITS need to be a lot more considerate as to what your doing. You dont need someone else's pictures and if your to lazy to seperate them and bring them back or mot take them at all in the first place then you dont need to be bidding on storage units.
