You should not be selling tenants pictures snd legal documents. Nor should anyone be able to buy them. Both the storage company and the people bidding on OTHER PEOPLE'S UNITS need to be a lot more considerate as to what your doing. You dont need someone else's pictures and if your to lazy to seperate them and bring them back or mot take them at all in the first place then you dont need to be bidding on storage units. Rightspace Storage in San Jacinto jacks up the fees, charges lien fees, lien notice fees, late charges then refuses customers money so they can sell their unit to some stranger who then dumps the person's paperwork in a field so thieves can go through and steal the person's info. Still paying people for reviews i see. Rightspace.. you need to do something about the way your company conducts business. Refusing a customers money after you jack up their bill with all kinds of late fees, lien fee and LIEN NOTICE FEES. Seriously you should NEVER sell someones family members remains to some stranger. It is illegal. Not only that but your auctions are contributing to identity theft. An auction is supposed to be a last resort. New managers or not. This is still the same place that refused my money then sold my unit at auction a week later for less than I came in with. Selling a persons legal documents, personal identifying information, family photos ect is NEVER something that any business should do. If Rightspace wouldnt have made it impossible for me to pay the balance owed by refusing my money and jacking up the price with outrageous lien fees I would have been able to pay the balance. I know someone who wasnt able to pay her storage and the storage facility manager allowed her to retrieve her belongings and called it a skip, he then sent the bill to collections. Imagine that. Such a thing does exist. To all the people out there whom have lost their family pictures or other sentimental items that were worthless to anyone but them, remember this review. Im glad this rightspace has new managers but it doesnt fix the problem if they are operating the same way the last ones did. Nobody should ever have to lose their family pictured, personal document, remains of a deceased family members. Almost everybody struggles at some point in their life. It is illegal to sell a persons identity. It is against the las to sell human remains or dump them just anywhere. My life was dumped in a field next to a housing track. I will not ever stop leaving bad reviews until rightspace makes adjustments to their policy. Family photos are irreplaceable and should NEVER BE SOLD EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT RIGHTSPACE UNTIL THEN YOUR WRONGSPAVE.
