Birdeye is a scsm They manipulate reviews and give false star ratings. It's disgusting Please beware of any 5 dtar review by bird rye. This storage company in Ssn Jacinto is corrupted. Do not store your stuff there. It's just not worth it.

Again do not let the paid for review tampering fool you. The rightspace in San Jacinto holds illrgal auctions selling units that they do not have the right to sell. They have terrible msnagement and terrible employee's Please help stop the unethical sale of units by not renting here. rightspace is the wrong place to store your stuff!!!!!

They have some not so genuine employees. If its not yours dont touch it! 5 stars I think not, good star rating is for sale from birdeye though so a company can make victims out of it's customers and just sweep it under the carpet. The people working at the time I had a unit at the location in San Jacinto several years ago were terrible people with terribld management.. I can only hope something unfortunatd hsppens to thrm at some point so they can understand just how try crappy & unneccessary what they did was then they can grow from it to become better people. God bless them anyways.
Of course birdeye has rightspace as 5 stars. Ghats what birdeye does for every company that pays thousands of dollars to be a 5 star company. Its cslled review manipulation. It cheats people out of the opportunity to make informed decisions about services. Beware of rightspace.
It took $5000 to get a good review rating I see. I think priding quality service to your tenants would be cheaper and work better.

Please know that company refuses their tenants money then sells their tenants property at auction. This is not something that needs to be allowed to happen. Speak up if you have been the victim of a wrongful lien and sale. There are alternatives to auctioning off a defaulted tenants life. Multiple options that result in more profit than the lien and sale returns. This place is dirty.
