Beware. Dirty business with extremely shady corporate
This place PAYS UP for their review rating. Don't be fooled, this particular location has a history of serious issues. Your property is not safe here, it's only a matter of time. Beware.
Non responsive. Never addressed the irreparable harm they have caused me. And haven't changed how they operate even a little. Predatory storage services.
This place sucks. They lie so they can sell your unit at an auction. They let people break in constantly. The units are not secure. And they don't give a **** when customers complain that their units are getting broke into. They left 2 units not that long ago with the doors pried open all weekend. But then again it could have just been previous customers units trying to get their own property since the staff here at this facility have a history of rejecting customers money when they are trying to pay just so they can sell th... read more
WARNING Worst place ever. Why did I not see the huge number of bad reviews before I rented here. Don't rent here WARNING Your unit will be broken into and when you complain about your stuff being stolen the manager will tell you to tell your insurance company about it. They don't even care.
Paid for review rating. Absolutely not 4.8 With Birdseye it doesn't matter what the actual reviews say as long as your paying your going to have a 5.0 or 4.8 Rightspace in San Jacinto has more unit break ins and thefts than any other storage facility around as well as a high number of illegally sold units and unresolved customer complaints. Don't rent here.
