New managers or not. This is still the same place that refused my money then sold my unit at auction a week later for less than I came in with. Selling a persons legal documents, personal identifying information, family photos ect is NEVER something that any business should do. If Rightspace wouldnt have made it impossible for me to pay the balance owed by refusing my money and jacking up the price with outrageous lien fees I would have been able to pay the balance. I know someone who wasnt able to pay her storage and the storage facility manager allowed her to retrieve her belongings and called it a skip, he then sent the bill to collections. Imagine that. Such a thing does exist. To all the people out there whom have lost their family pictures or other sentimental items that were worthless to anyone but them, remember this review. Im glad this rightspace has new managers but it doesnt fix the problem if they are operating the same way the last ones did. Nobody should ever have to lose their family pictured, personal document, remains of a deceased family members. Almost everybody struggles at some point in their life. I will not ever stop leaving bad reviews until rightspace makes adjustments to their policy. Family photos are irreplaceable and should NEVER BE SOLD EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT RIGHTSPACE UNTIL THEN YOUR WRONGSPAVE.

This business is still in the business of letting its customers units get broken into as well as selling its customers family photos, medical records, human remains, legal documents All things that should NEVER be sold to anyone aside from the person whom they belong to. Birdeye isa total scam. They charge money for review manipulation. It will say a company has excellent reviews when that is the farthest thing from the truth. Rightspace storage on Esplanade does bad business. Dont rent here.
This company has no regard for the customers whatsoever. They hastily sell off u it's and refuse tenants money, it's not right. The sale of personal documents and family pictures SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. THANKS FOR ALLOWING SOME SCUMBAG TO STEAL MY IDENTITY RIGHTSPACE
