We love the intimacy of this restaurant. A favorite place for us.
Service was excellent. Two of us ordered pasta (papparadelle with duck ragu)and it did not meet our expectations -- we are usually thrilled with everything at Bartolotta's. My husband thought his chicken entree was very good and my son enjoyed the eggplant pasta.
Once again, Chad and Natalie created a perfect experience. Top notch cocktails to start. Chad and Natalie are so knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. The food is spectacular! And we had just enough room to share the amazing panna cotta.
My favorite Milwaukee dining spot. Cozy, vibrant with exceptional comfort food and caring, outstanding service!
I met a friend for lunch. The lunch menu was actually much more interesting than the dinner menu on a recent visit. We loved the salad and appetizer choices. The prixe fixe luncheon was a nice way to sample more than one might on a normal visit. I had the short rib and polenta with roasted grapes. Too bad it's not on the dinner menu. It was excellent. What a great dining experience.
As always, Bartolatta, makes dinner something I will recall with pleasure. The service impeccable. While I did not partake of the seasonal three course truffle experience, I ordered the White Truffle Risotto as my first course. While extravagant, worth the money. The risotto was prepared perfectly and it was topped with countless shavings of the pungent fungi.
