The restaurant was absolutely fabulous. My dinner was the best meal I had eaten since the last time I went to dinner there. Our servers were very prompt and friendly. Also, I appreciate that they recognized that, although we were there for a special occassion, we were not necessarily ready to blow the bank.

Outstanding service, and my birthday was acknowledged with a free desert and candle. Food quality was excellent, but portions were a bit small for the price. Overall, a fun spot.

By far and away, Ristorante Bartolotta sets the standard for fine Northern Italian cuisine not only in Milwaukee, but the upper Midwest as well. Their set menu consistently delivers fine examples of what true Italian food should be. You'll find nothing breaded and smothered in tomato sauce here.
