Great food, service and on Monday & Tuesday, 1/2 price bottle night (up to $100.)
My husband and I have enjoyed eating at the Bartolotta Restaurants on many occassions. I think it was our mistake to have chosen to dine on the second to last date of one of your coupon expiration dates. The restaurant was crowded and all though our waiter was excellent he was working without a partner, therefore the service wasn't what we have always come to expect. I might add that we too were one of the many patrons using one of our Christmas gift cards as well!
The food was most excellent. But it was quite crowded and very loud when we were there. They were very busy.
We celebrated our anniversary here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was stellar living up to the reputation of Bartolotta. Service was well paced and not intrusive. I've been lucky enough to eat at Mario Batali's Babbo in NYC and, honestly, Ristorante Bartolotta is right on par in terms of cuisine. The restaurant is surprisingly small, so be sure to have reservations. Take your time; enjoy your food.
Due to small size, tables very small & close together. Was very crowded & therefore noise level was very loud. Nevertheless, the food & service was outstanding.
This was our first visit since 1997. We loved it. It was our 6 year anniversary and we enjoyed everything about out visit. It is a definite must. We knew that it was going to be pricey, however with the service and quality of food it was worth every penny. In fact we found it to be quite reasonable.
I highly encourage you to ask the chef to put together a special tasting menu just for you. It can make a special night out into a lifetime memorable experience! It's not on the menu...you have to ask.
Very overpriced for an unimpressive meal.
