I would probably not go back, and if I did I would certainly not order the filet. I left the place hungry and my g/f who had the same thing was sick all night after dinner. The service was great, but unfortunately the food wasn't there.
We were very disappointed with the quality of our entrees. I had the half hen that tasted like it was bathed in oil and very flavorless. It was the worst entree I have had in years. My husband had the swordfish and felt that it was bland and overdone. We were shocked the quality of the food was so poor for the price tag that accompanied it. We will not be visiting this restaurant again nor will we go to any other Bartolotta's restaurants in the area. pork chop was overdone. Chicken dish was mediocore at best. Pasta proportions were small
The food was very good as usual for a Bartolotta restaurant. However, I ordered Gnocchi with shrimp and crabmeat and thought that it was skimpy on the shrimp and especially crabmeat. I also thought that their liquor and wine prices were on the high side.
