We had vinyl plank flooring, as well as carpet installed throughout our new home. Jack and his team worked with us on our previous home so we went back to them for our new home and we’re not disappointed. They were great on customer service in communication. The men who came to install the carpet were very respectful, precise, and quick. We are very pleased again with the service from the team at Rite Rug in Reynoldsburg.

Installers called about a half hour before arriving to say they were en route. Once here, they disassembled and move a king size bed and large dresser. Carpet removal and installation was quick and professional. In and out in 90 minutes.

My salesman Jack stein is very knowledgeable. He knows carpet very well. He knows quality at a good price. I used him many times in different houses since 2013. Beware of other sale's woman who tries to steal his customers. 😡
