Our sales person, Kim helped us a year ago with carpet in the rest of our house. This time she brought the samples to our house and was wonderful. The install guys were great too, thank you Kim for helping us
Timely installation. Friendly and courteous installer. Few flaws with installation. I was contacted quickly about fixing them. However, follow through hasn't happened. Still waiting !
I want to thank Jack Stein and Geoffrey for being super gentlemen! They are so very caring, kind and sweet. They wanted to make me feel like apart of their family! I truly appreciate both of them. Never let them go because they what sales men are! Thank you for being you! Pandora
Amy matched my new flooring perfectly with the existing trim in my condo. The installers were here on time and were done very quickly. They did a fabulous job. If I ever need flooring again it will be from Rite Rug.

The install was done really well and everything looks really nice, however the installers were not super friendly and they left before I was able to inspect the work and discuss. The sales process was good and they were helpful in making my decision. I would recommend.
