I’m updating my previous review regarding the LVP which is a very nice product and I love the color. However, shortly after the install I expressed concern about a squeaky floor area in one room. I was told the issue was the subfloor. I had carpet in the room previously and hadn’t noticed a squeak. I wish I knew there was a squeak before they laid the floor. If I knew I could’ve had the that problem addressed. The squeak is quite annoying. So my next question would be what if anything I can do now?

The guys showed up early in the morning, they came prepared to work. They were very respectful when handling my furniture. I was very pleased with their work ethic. There was about 6 of them and at no time was anybody just standing around. If I had one negative comment it would be about the smoking. I tried to get out of their way by sitting on the porch, but when they came out on break the wind was blowing it my way. My experience with Rite Rug once again was very good! Earnest was my salesman and he was patient and accommodating because it took me many months to make a decision on what to purchase. The installers of the LVP did a good job installing. They were quick and professional. It took them less than 3 hours to install in 2 rooms. The installler for the carpet did a good job as well.
