Kolton and Jack, at the store, were great. Jose’ did the installation and was wonderful. The only downside was that we had purchased an expensive carpet and I thought we had purchased the upgraded padding. However, when the installer arrived he had the basic padding. Upon review of what we had authorized via text, it was the same padding as what he had brought, so we proceeded with the installation. The carpet itself is beautiful.

I had some issues during the ordering process with wrong material selected and increased prices. After review and bringing it up, they mentioned it was fixed and after a deeper dive it was infact still wrong and more expensive.
