The guys showed up early in the morning, they came prepared to work. They were very respectful when handling my furniture. I was very pleased with their work ethic. There was about 6 of them and at no time was anybody just standing around. If I had one negative comment it would be about the smoking. I tried to get out of their way by sitting on the porch, but when they came out on break the wind was blowing it my way. My experience with Rite Rug once again was very good! Earnest was my salesman and he was patient and accommodating because it took me many months to make a decision on what to purchase. The installers of the LVP did a good job installing. They were quick and professional. It took them less than 3 hours to install in 2 rooms. The installler for the carpet did a good job as well. My entire experience from beginning to end was great. Very Professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. All debris was removed and area cleaned up upon completion of installation.

Jack at the Broad St store was a gem to work with. Very knowledgable and customer orientated. The warehouse folks were great. The installers, Ed and two workers [sons?] were quick and efficient, did an excellant job of installing the carpet. Great all around experience.

I was looking to have whole house carpeted it was easy to choose what I wanted because there was a variety of colors. The manager assisted me through it all until I was satisfied with my purchase.

This is the second time we hired RiteRug to install flooring, this time in our basement, including a small bathroom and stairwell landing. The crew was very professional, polite, and helpful. Like the first job, I removed the toilet prior to installation, but the toilet was difficult to remove, so one of the guys ran over and lifted it for me. I've used RiteRug twice now, and I have a third, much smaller project in mind, too.
