My entire experience from beginning to end was great. Very Professional. The installation was completed in a timely manner. All debris was removed and area cleaned up upon completion of installation.

Jack at the Broad St store was a gem to work with. Very knowledgable and customer orientated. The warehouse folks were great. The installers, Ed and two workers [sons?] were quick and efficient, did an excellant job of installing the carpet. Great all around experience.

This is the second time we hired RiteRug to install flooring, this time in our basement, including a small bathroom and stairwell landing. The crew was very professional, polite, and helpful. Like the first job, I removed the toilet prior to installation, but the toilet was difficult to remove, so one of the guys ran over and lifted it for me. I've used RiteRug twice now, and I have a third, much smaller project in mind, too.
