My experience with your sales staff was stellar. Mr. Crank made himself available to my schedule, was patient, accommodating. He was particularly resourceful with locating alternative flooring options when we discovered that the one I selected was no longer available. I had an expectation that the actual installation would take much less than 7 hours, given that it was an average size room. Perhaps a more realistic time frame should be communicated by whomever schedules. ThanksĀ

Good experience in the store, Kim assisted with selecting the carpet which best fit my needs and budget. The schedule was quickly coordinated, scheduling department notified me of approximate time. Installation crew was on time, friendly, professional and efficient.Ā
Excellent experience altogether, starting with Kim, our salesperson, and ending with our installers, Edwin & George. They were on time, they were very good at what they did, and they cleaned up nicely after themselves. We love the look, feel and quality of our new carpet, and have just put in an order to have them do another room in our house.Ā
arrived on time installed immediately. toilet not pulled so I had to call store and found out it was not scheduled by plumber flooring people did it and were done quickly plumbers were called and arrived and reinstalled toilet. all in same dayĀ
I've used right rug for decades, both in my home and for a four family apartment buildingrecent. With my recent experience with Rite rug I experienced a problem both with the installer being extremely unprofessional and with an issue of miss cutting so a stairway could not be completed with enough carpet, with one phone call to Jack at the right rug store on East Broad Street the matter was resolved immediately scheduled for the following day to be completed, which it was the first thing the next morning with a very nice e...Ā read more
