Our flooring is beautiful! We are pleased with the final product but didn’t expect to have such a big mess to clean up once it was finished. The installers cut all of the wood flooring and quarter round outside of our house (which I was pleased about) but cut luan inside which coated my entire house in a tan dust. We (2 weeks later) are still cleaning it off of things, even on other levels of the house. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Rite Rug. Honest and helpful staff, reliable and very hard working. The carpet is great quality and was installed perfectly. We highly recommend them!
We are really happy with the pattern and type of hardwood we selected. The installation was ok with the exception of the quarter round. It was installed very sloppy looking and we had to fix and repaint the quarter round.
Jack, my salesman is terrific. Great service, honest, reasonable pricing. I won’t even bother looking anywhere else but Rite Rug in the future.
