I had a great experience purchasing my carpet from Jack Stein at Rite Rug on East Broad St. The carpet was purchased on Friday and installed on Tuesday, everything went as planned. Jack helped me decide on carpet that went well with existing laminate flooring in the house. I am selling the house and the first person to view it after the new carpet was installed made an offer over the asking price. The installers also did a great job. I’m updating my previous review regarding the LVP which is a very nice product and I love the color. However, shortly after the install I expressed concern about a squeaky floor area in one room. I was told the issue was the subfloor. I had carpet in the room previously and hadn’t noticed a squeak. I wish I knew there was a squeak before they laid the floor. If I knew I could’ve had the that problem addressed. The squeak is quite annoying. So my next question would be what if anything I can do now?
