We love our new floors! Overall, I think the install went fairly well, although we do notice a couple of marks or scratches in the new vinyl in the bathroom. They show up as a couple of black scratches, but it’s not too noticeable unless you look closely.

Everyone was very patient and helpful while I mulled over my choice over several days! Amy, Jack and Ernest were the best and Todd who came to measure was great too. Installers did a nice job although I wasn’t able to meet them unfortunately

The customer service I received was exceptionally good. My salesman, Ernest, went above and beyond in cooperating with working around our vacation and then the sale of our current furniture for us to schedule delivery. Quality customer service is difficult to find nowadays, but I believe I have found a shining star.

Sales person Amy Stone was great! Helped us decide on the right floor and was very personable and helpful! The price was the best we found for the same floor. The installers were great! Did the job, 3 bdrms and a closet in 4 hrs and did great work. They also helped with some heavy furniture and cleaned up well! We are very happy with the entire experience
