There was more than a month delay in getting the carpet. When it finally arrived the installation was set quickly. The installers seemed to do a good job. They spent 5 hours installing the carpet in 3 bedrooms. They did a good job cleaning up though we still are finding carpet nails throughout our condo. My 4 out 5 is due to two things 1) we paid for the entire carpet and installation up front. That gives us very little recourse. 2) any problem with the installation according to the contract has to be taken up with th... read more

I was very happy from my first encounter with Brock! He presented himself and the company very well! I was happy I chose RiteRug. The team that came to my home to lay the carpet were the best ! I was very happy with everything!

Sales person was knowledgeable but very poor at doing what he said he would do when he said he would do it. On the day of the carpet install, they installed the wrong carpet due to an error on the sales person. He entered the wrong carpet. While rite rug did make it right, it took days for us to see any paperwork referring to the corrections.

The sales rep was wonderful. Took his time to explain and allow me to make decisions. Great communication. I replaced downstairs hard flooring and upstairs carpet. I love the hard floor.  It looks amazing.  The quality is good. The crews for both the hard floor and the carpet were hard working and polite. They cleaned up great! As for the quality of the carpet and/or the pad upstairs, I'm a little disappointed.  I didn't want to spend a ton since we will move in less than five years, but it shows.  Maybe it's the pad... read more
