We have purchased from Rite Rug several times and have always been pleased with the experience. Most recently we replaced the carpet on our steps and hallways/loft. Travis, our salesman, was new yet very conscientious and knowledgeable. He was out to measure and got our carpet ordered and installed all within about one week's time.
