Jim Boals is a great employee/sales person was very helpful in my selection of carpeting products and so we did half of our home and when we are ready we will go back to Jim . Jim also had my last home covered with carpet and hardwood floors. Your installer’s are hard workers and very polite they were in and out of my home leaving with a professional install, Thank's FP

Jeff Kayser was my contact there and he assisted me with picking out a remnant roll of carpet, answered questions for me, gave me an estimate and signed me up for installation. One week later it was installed. Everything was quite simple and went well.
The sales person was very knowledgeable and prompt. The installers did a nice job. The only small negatives are that the installers said they would call when on their way to the site. They called when there with no notice. They also did not vacuum the rooms after installation. Other than those two small issues, they did a great job.
I absolutely the the product I picked out. I also had great customer service, was given a very precise estimate and the install crew was excellent - did a wonderful job!
Very pleased with my carpet and installation! The crew was excellent...very thorough and polite! Highly recommend Rite Rug!
They came and had it done in a timely matter and cleaned up after them self GOOD JOB.
Very professional. Good selection of carpeting. Everything was done on time. The installation went well and we are happy with the results
