Worked directly with Kevin Wright to coordinate a carpet repair for our home before we put it on the market for sale. Kevin was prompt in responding, quoted us a reasonable price, and the work was done within 3 business days. The quality of the work was outstanding. Your first install left before job was done because I ask them to not scratch up walls and closet doors . There is a huge language berrior they don’t speak or understand English. They did send another crew out a few hours later after I had to call and let them know
Contacted them to replace carpet on a set of stairs. Sales woman made us buy enough carpet for half our house and told us it’s so the pattern will line up. Pretty sure she just wanted to hit a sales goal. Now I’m stuck with a huge roll of extra carpet. And paid a ton for one set of stairs
