They came and had it done in a timely matter and cleaned up after them self GOOD JOB.

Larry Angles was great in helping up select the carpet we just had installed just as he did when we had hardwood flooring installed in our condo.
The men who came to install the floor were quick, very neat, and pleasant. They were careful with our walls and very efficient with the carpet, even leaving us a piece that was in good shape to use as a throw rug. I would certainly recommend RiteRug to anyone who asked. And the representative we dealt with at the store was awesome. She helped in any way that she could.

I had a great experience withing with Kevin Wright. We are putting our home for sale and needed a carpet repair for a small area in our finished basement. Kevin was quick to respond to my request, provided a reasonable quote, and had the work scheduled within a few days. He understood what we were looking for and did not try and upsell us -super easy to work with and very friendly and communicative. Worked directly with Kevin Wright to coordinate a carpet repair for our home before we put it on the market for sale. Kevin was prompt in responding, quoted us a reasonable price, and the work was done within 3 business days. The quality of the work was outstanding. Kevin was great to work with and understood our need and time frame and did not try and upsell me. I appreciate working with someone who understood what we needed. Your first install left before job was done because I ask them to not scratch up walls and closet doors . There is a huge language berrior they don’t speak or understand English. They did send another crew out a few hours later after I had to call and let them know
