Several timing issues caused many changes in schedule. Then the shoemolding was not stained correctly to match. I had to go find my own stain and bring it in to have the shoemolding stained to match properly. I am still waiting on the shoemolding to be stained and ready for install.

The installer was very professional. He did the job by himself and worked hard. He did the test out and installed the new carpeting in about 2 hours. I would have him back in a heartbeat!! Thank you for the great service.

Jim boals was very knowledgeable and professional, installers for both LVP, baseboards and carpet did a good job, small hiccup on 1 transition strip but was remedied quickly overall looks great very satisfied

Salesman Kevin Wright made time for my appointment on a Saturday even though I requested the appointment just that morning. He arrived when he said he would and even texted me when he was on the way.
