Kevin Wright was wonderful to work with on getting our staircase carpeted. We wanted something special, since it is the only area of our home that is carpeted. He is very knowledgeable. Kevin knew exactly what was needed for this job, since pattern matching was needed. He answered all our questions at the home consult. We also sent him numerous emails which he answered promptly. Kevin is a great guy to work with for your carpet needs. We highly recommend him!

Donovan was fantastic! We were on a tight timeframe and he helped us find something prefect that was in stock and even measured same day. Carpet was installed within a couple of days, installers were nice and professional. Our project was small and inexpensive but we were still treated with attention and care. We will definitely be back!

Jim was amazing. We went to several locations and did not feel that we were well informed. When we met Jim, he went above and beyond to explain the products, the difference between other products, the pros and cons, and even had additional samples, similar to the carpet we were interested in, laid out before we ever got there. Both teams polite and professional. The only problem wasn't their fault but due to the change in the flooring by mfg. We are just waiting for the transition pieces We are pleased by the results
