We absolutely love the floors we had installed from RiteRug Flooring. Kevin Wright came to our house with samples that matched the ideas we shared online and over the phone. We were able to pick one easily, and we couldn’t be happier. My experience was better than I anticipated. My sales rep was Kevin Wright, who thoroughly explained pricing and the install process, and followed up to be sure I was satisfied. From quote to install was only 5 days, which is quite impressive. The installers were quick, polite, and (best part) left a clean house! I will definitely be using Rite Rug again - already picking out product for the next set of rooms!

I had a wonderful experience with Kathryn Dague (Howard Hanna Realty) and Kevin Wright (Rite Rug Flooring). Both were knowledgeable/efficient in their areas. Project went smoothly with no issues. Kevin Wright from Rite Rug came to my home because I needed to replace the carpet in my three bedrooms, hall, stairs up, and also the stairs to my basement and a room that will be used as an extra den. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about flooring in general, and measured the floors perfectly. Today the three installers came and did a phenomenal job! Kevin Wright was wonderful to work with on getting our staircase carpeted. We wanted something special, since it is the only area of our home that is carpeted. He is very knowledgeable. Kevin knew exactly what was needed for this job, since pattern matching was needed. He answered all our questions at the home consult. We also sent him numerous emails which he answered promptly. Kevin is a great guy to work with for your carpet needs. We highly recommend him!

Donovan was fantastic! We were on a tight timeframe and he helped us find something prefect that was in stock and even measured same day. Carpet was installed within a couple of days, installers were nice and professional. Our project was small and inexpensive but we were still treated with attention and care. We will definitely be back!

Jim was amazing. We went to several locations and did not feel that we were well informed. When we met Jim, he went above and beyond to explain the products, the difference between other products, the pros and cons, and even had additional samples, similar to the carpet we were interested in, laid out before we ever got there.
