The start was not that great as the installer only showed up with 1 runner out of 5 and no padding. After a couple phone calls, everything was on site. Bibler, the installer was very professional, thorough and customer focused. GREAT installation job and he ensured everything was to my liking.

We had to replace a rug which was soiled by a sick dog. Kevin Wright had all the samples we could dream of and had the measurements and estimate ready inside of a fifteen minute meeting. He even came by with the crew who installed the rug and it looks like a completely new room. We couldn't be happier with the service and follow up. Thank you Kevin!

After problems with getting a quote from another flooring company I stopped in Rite Rug. Initially I wanted to get the carpet installed using vacation days that expired March 31st. The other company had plenty of time but never provided a quote. Nicole was great to work with and I was even able to find carpet that you had in stock and you were able to get it installed so quickly I was able to use a vacation day afterall!

I have historically had a great experience with RiteRug and this was no different. I reached out to Kevin Wright because my living room and dining room carpet that was installed about six years ago, was in good condidtion but had areas that were rippling. My 101 year old mother uses a walker to get around and I was fearful that she might fall. Kevin responded promptly and was very concerned that the carpet was a tripping hazard and a couple of days later a team arrived to stretch the carpet and we're as good as new. Bravo... read more

We absolutely love the floors we had installed from RiteRug Flooring. Kevin Wright came to our house with samples that matched the ideas we shared online and over the phone. We were able to pick one easily, and we couldn’t be happier.
