Appreciated Donavans preparation for our visit to the Rite Rug show room. Carpet was beautiful.
Donavan was very helpful when we came in to select carpet for our bedrooms! In fact we found what we wanted in less than 15 minutes. We were very impressed with how quickly we could get on the schedule for the install as well. And the team who arrived for that were very fast and efficient. Overall we had a very good experience with Rite Rug.

We had a very good experience with RiteRug. Donovan was helpful and friendly. He helped us find a carpet we were happy and within our price range. The installation crew worked very quickly, seemed to know their craft really well, and we're happy with the result. Carpet can be expensive, but we still got a better deal than we would have at several other places we checked out. I recommend shopping around, but if I needed carpet again I would start at RiteRug.
We ordered a carpet runner from RiteRug, which was installed about one week ago. We were pleased with the product quality and price, the turnaround time, and the installation time. The runner looks and feels great. Would recommend RiteRug to other customers.
The start was not that great as the installer only showed up with 1 runner out of 5 and no padding. After a couple phone calls, everything was on site. Bibler, the installer was very professional, thorough and customer focused. GREAT installation job and he ensured everything was to my liking.
