Salesman Kevin Wright made time for my appointment on a Saturday even though I requested the appointment just that morning. He arrived when he said he would and even texted me when he was on the way. Once at my home, he measured, checked inventory and calculated my costs efficiently and professionally. He is very through and knowledgeable. Also very personable and respectful. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The installers did an excellent job and took no breaks until the job was completely finished. I would highly recommend Rite-Rug for carpet.

Donavan was very helpful when we came in to select carpet for our bedrooms! In fact we found what we wanted in less than 15 minutes. We were very impressed with how quickly we could get on the schedule for the install as well. And the team who arrived for that were very fast and efficient.
