Both guys did a very good job.
Jack our carpet layer, was prompt, very helpful and courteous. The carpet is a good quality. The sales rep Jamie did not pressure us and gave us good advice on what we were looking for.
The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were polite, efficient and did a spectacular job. I didn’t think they could put new floors down in the entire house in a single day, but they did and I couldn’t be happier. They even fixed a squeaky hallway I’d had for years, without being asked. I am extremely happy with how my house looks with the new floors, they are perfect and the installers are the reason for that. First rate!

Don Johnson, the salesman was professional, informative, willing to listen, very helpful. The installation crew were hard-working, respectful, and knocked out the whole townhouse in a quick six hours. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase.
Installers were great
Overall great job, great install crew, if I only spoke Spanish lol. Two small issues 1. TV stand accident, Rite Rug made it right. Sh*t happens 2. Crooked transition under basement utility room door. I will be contacting RR
