The whole process with Rite Rug from ordering and installation was easy with no problems. The installers were professional and efficient. They even showed me my floor vents that needed cleaning. They could have just put them back without showing me. That was great customer service.

We replaced out offices reception floor. We went from carpet to LVT and it looks great. The sales staff and the installers were fabulous. The installers were courteous and professional. Checked in to see if we were happy throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

We have had RiteRug come multiple times to clear our carpet and floors. Seth does an awesome job. We have 2 dogs and a big family that visits often. Nice to have clean and great smelling house.

Good experience
Our salesman mike was very helpful and our estimate was far better than the others we had received. Our work crew was amazing! Such a great group of hard workers ! Our work was done in one day and we fully expected it to take three. Our new flooring is beautiful and we just love it!
