I could not be more pleased with my recent purchase from Riterug. From the initial visit from Doug Lawson to the installation by Ariz and Henry each step was characterized by competence and professionalism. The room now looks like it belongs in a design magazine. Cudos to your entire organization.
The salesman was very knowledgeable the installers were amazing I shopped 2 other carpet suppliers and they were both higher for less quality. I have told at least 5 people about you guys

Don was absolutely awesome and very prompt. The installation was delayed because of another appointment running over so it had to be scheduled for the following day but we always expect hiccups during home improvement projects. Our floor looks absolutely awesome and it’s just what we were hoping for. The product we were shown were very nice quality. Overall, we would absolutely work with Rite Rug again.

We purchased flooring from RiteRug in Strongsville which you then installed. Ed organized everything efficiently and the installation team of Joe and Mike (with carpet support from Edward) worked extremely hard and were highly professional. We would highly recommend RiteRug Strongsville to others
Doug Lawson is a terrific salesman and a great guy. He is very accommodating. His has a great deal of knowledge regarding flooring and carpeting and uses his knowledge to help us on all of our projects. I have personally referred him to several of my friends and business associates. I plan to continue to use Doug Lawson.
