What a great experience! Ed was so helpful and patient as I changed my mind 10 times! Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
It took a little longer than expected for the carpet to come in but once it did the install Was quick and well done.

Doug Lawson helped us choose just the right carpeting for the four rooms we needed done. He was attentive, cordial and had good follow through. The rugs were professionally installed in about 4 hours and look great. The installers were thorough and left the rooms immaculate. The whole experience was very professional. The sales rep and installation team were all very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and quick moving :) The turn around time from when we ordered until it was installed was fast! We love the carpet. We were hoping the pad underneath was a bit more cushy. But we will definitely use them in the future!

Carpet and workmanship we’re done well clean up could have been better. My real problem was that payment in full was needed before the work could be done other companies ask for a down payment and the balance at completion. That made me rather nervous since I had no comparison and needed to rely on the word of my realtor that the work and product would be satisfactory
