Always a pleasure to work with Jon. He helped us to make practical decisions about which flooring to choose, advised us on securing material while we finished our planning, and came out several times to help us to figure out critical install areas like custom stairs, fixtures, and transitions. When the install date came, he helped schedule his crews around our morning routine, getting kids off to school. And finally, the crew was fast and efficient. A great experience all around.
The whole process was great. From sales to the install. Very professional. The only negative that I would mention would be on the day of install I never received a phone call 30-60 minutes prior to the installers arrival. Wasn’t a big deal because I was home. But if you are supposed to get a phone call then that should happen.

The installers did a great job !! I would like to have the same 3 man crew as we get the other rooms completed in our home.
We came to RiteRug in a rush due to another big company not being able to deliver. Jonathan was extremely accommodating and helped us pick out the perfect carpet that could be installed in our short timeframe. The installers were quick and professional and I could tell they really took pride in their work. I’ll definitely be using them again for future flooring jobs.
