Hi, This is Cindy Young, I had a very good experience Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and took his time whenever we were trying to decide what to do he had wonderful suggestions! Loved working with him . Installation went very slow but he was also taking his time it was just one person he did an excellent job and was very friendly I appreciated him very much and he did a great job! Like the floors but poor service. Salesman didn't return calls. Work was not completed on time. Plumber charged me for part he had previously said was iffy. He should have replaced it but instead left old one in and toilet leaked. Came back to fix and charged me $135 to fix which he should have done when he was here initially. Overall I would not use your company again. Full of scams.
