Installation was quick, leaving no mess. I love the carpet
John was a great salesman to work with. Installation was great.
We are so very pleased with our experience with right rug. Our sales person when I went to search for carpet was so helpful and professional and friendly. The installer was very professional and took his time doing the installing to make sure it was done professionally. He was very polite and was careful for our newly painted walls. We are so happy to have a nice new carpet which was actually affordable and installed in a timely manner thank you so much right rug.
Installation was fast but communication was not so great. Four transitions have yet to be done and the service rep had no idea that it still needed to be completed because the installers did not communicate that. It has now been six days and I still have no idea on when it is going to be completed.

The RiteRug manager TJ in the Westerville office was initially very rude and condescending. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get carpet, I would’ve went elsewhere. The rite rug technicians did a good job. Carpet was as expected, however they broke one of my floor border that cost me $50 to replace. All in all happy with the speedy service.
John Frambes always does an exemplary job. Have been using him for 30years. As always good job John and good job RiteRug.
Very well done and installers were very professional.
