Always a pleasure to work with Jon. He helped us to make practical decisions about which flooring to choose, advised us on securing material while we finished our planning, and came out several times to help us to figure out critical install areas like custom stairs, fixtures, and transitions. When the install date came, he helped schedule his crews around our morning routine, getting kids off to school. And finally, the crew was fast and efficient. A great experience all around.

The whole process was great. From sales to the install. Very professional. The only negative that I would mention would be on the day of install I never received a phone call 30-60 minutes prior to the installers arrival. Wasn’t a big deal because I was home. But if you are supposed to get a phone call then that should happen.
