The RiteRug manager TJ in the Westerville office was initially very rude and condescending. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get carpet, I would’ve went elsewhere. The rite rug technicians did a good job. Carpet was as expected, however they broke one of my floor border that cost me $50 to replace. All in all happy with the speedy service.
