Hi, This is Cindy Young, I had a very good experience Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and took his time whenever we were trying to decide what to do he had wonderful suggestions! Loved working with him . Installation went very slow but he was also taking his time it was just one person he did an excellent job and was very friendly I appreciated him very much and he did a great job!
