Overall,the installers did a very professional job. Quick, efficient and polite, they completed the installation and cleanup in 8 hrs with a few exceptions. They were short on the flooring and transition strips, which need to be ordered and installed.

The installation team was quick and very courteous of our space. We had one issue with damage and customer service resolved efficiently and without issue. The floors look beautiful. Total time from purchase to project complete was 3.5 weeks with a holiday.

People arrived on time got the job done quickly cleaned up the work areas and removed the trash . Only glitch was the first plumber did not tell me to call his company when flooring installers were done. So it was a day later when appliances were hooked up. But the lady at the plumbing company was very apologetic and got a plumber out to the house first thing the next day. So no big deal

From the moment I walked in the store and was greeted by John. I previously had a terrible experience with a big box store with awful lead times and way overpriced. John showed me everything that was in stock since I so badly wanted a quick turnaround. John is an expert in flooring! He came to my house the measure the same day and which was a Thursday night, and I had my carpet in on Tuesday. The installers were super quick, professional and clean! We will be back for sure!

Couldn't be happier. Rite Rug Westerville went to great lengths to get the exact carpet I needed, and then installed within days. Every person there was more friendly and helpful than any other place I visited. I'll definitely go back when I do the rest of my house. 10/10.
