Be careful taking your car here for service it's such a scam. Came to change brake pads on my car $1200. And had a clacking noise. Paid for a "peace of mind inspection" 167 dollars. Were they can not even inspect that an clamp was missing on an axle both and not realize one of the shocks was "leaking". This should have been noted on first inspection. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Ultimate Calligraphy from River City Hyundai expecting a safe and reliable family vehicle. What I received has been unsafe and unreliable, with repeated failures and constant deflection. At just over 53,000 km the engine failed catastrophically near Rocky Mountain House. Brought my vehicle in at 8:08 am and wasn’t ready til 10:35 for an oil change…..,way to long for basic service! Needs improvement!

UPDATE As someone who worked here, I can’t stress enough how shady this dealership is. They pressure customers into signing deals quickly, even if they’re not fully comfortable. If you try to cancel, you’ll be hit with unexpected fees that were never explained. They also ignore your budget, upselling you on things you don’t need. I bought a 2018 Chrysler 300s with 120,000 km on it in February 2024. It's been 4 to 5 months since then I've replaced the thermostat got a coolant and flush. Well I did that on my own. Figured me as well. Since then come to realize the oil cooler has been leaking prior to me buying it. There's a radiator leak prior to me buying it and now currently I had to replace both the right and left Cadillac converter two different o2 sensors. And it's still not running! Will never use this company again! I've left A comment already about how I was taken advantage due to my work schedule and the job title I had. No I take my share of the blame being that I trusted them! I got a Carfax. I got the mechanics report but somehow it overlooked an oil cooler that was leaking. The radiator was leaking. The thermostat went within 2 months. I've replaced all that. Now the car is in the shop and I had to replace the right and left Cadillac converter and 202 sensors. We are not happy with our experience. We waited for more than 5 hours before we learned the problem. For the first time, we went for a car service with River City Hyundai we were not offered a loner by the agent. We won’t be able to bring our car home because the short block needs to be replaced it cost a lot of money. He offered us an Uber. So we have to go home and spend $800 plus for some parts that they replaced with a car that has alot more problem to deal with.

The service agent started with my service and then took a call making me wait. It told to long as I moved to another agent. She did take good care of me. The odds of returning to Riverside is very slim
