I came in to the dealership with the intention of buying a new vehicle that day. I knew exactly what I wanted and you had the car in stock. The salesman gave me the price and I asked if he could do any better but he stuck to his guns and I walked. I bought the exact same car from another dealer two days later. my last service I'm disappointed cuz I feel they didn't change my oil cuz after a day service I check my hood check my oil I noticed my oil is so dark supposedly honey color or fresh oil but is not.
I brought my SUV in for an oil change and car wash as well to look at a problem I had been having. I dropped my car just after 10am. I was told it would take 1-2 hours max. I called around 1:30pm to see what was happening but was told the workers were in a meeting and I would get a call back. At 2:45pm, I still hadn’t heard so I called and was told my vehicle would be ready. When I arrived around 3:30pm, my car had not been cleaned even after having it there for more than 5 hours.
