Hello. I have brought my 2017 Elantra in for regular service twice and have had issues with the cool air/heat system. Last year when I left the service centre and turned on the cool air a loud racket started. I was told to bring the car in. I was told leaves had found their way into the system and was blocking the flow! This year a very loud 'humming' sound is coming from the system. Lord knows what is blocking things this year.
Please don’t change the way you treat your customers. The service is great and we were made to feel like we mattered. The only thing I regret is we didn’t buy our vehicle from your dealership.

After the sale was finalized and I drove out everything changed. It showed all the nice talk was just for the sale. Can't even get through anymore, kept pushed around. For weeks now!
I have serious concerns about the 48,000km my vehicle received. Rather than airing my concerns publicly I would like the opportunity to discuss with someone from River City. I am not alleging that certain components of the service were not completed however, I am not confident that it was completed based on the paperwork. Came in for an oil change last night. Normally the service is PHENOMENAL. It was so terrible. Obviously they were very rushed, but they did not change my oil sticker in the window, did not reset my service reminder in the vehicle itself, my front mats were not washed (is this not happening anymore?), the service provider handed me my keys and did not go over any of the items that were listed as needing immediate attention (engine filter, wheel alignment). Ok here we go i arrive around 11 the attend was very helpful ask me what i would like to have done on my car. [just a oil change] She told me it should only be around a hour. Everything was going as planned. Saw my car come out of the service bay then parked. The attended I walked out looked together over the car and on our way back told me it will only be 5 minutes to get paper work ready. This was at noon. Serviced vehicle for tire rotation and inspect heating/cooling system. No issues with the service and that was completed as expected. However, have now been waiting 3 weeks for warranty work appointment and part(s) to arrive to fix AC. I called at 2 week mark to follow up and advisor (Matt)stated part is back ordered. I'm not confident part was ordered in the first place and now 3 weeks driving in hot weather with no resolution or follow up from River City.
I was told I need a new transmission and when I got a second and third opinion from transmission speacalist I was told this was not the case.
