Major repairs were well done, paid for peace of mind inspection and found out they did'nt even check the headlights or wipers , vehicle needed bulbs for brights and one wiper was the wrong size. minor stuff i fixed myself, overall was happy with other repairs.(major tune up, wheel alignment, lower ball joint replacement)

Service was super fast, vehicle came out clean. Was disappointed that instructions weren’t followed. I asked for car mats to not be removed and they said they would only vacuum. I let them know before I left that car mats had been taken out and sprayed down,
When they wanted my business it was ok. Once they had it it was a completely different story. Still waiting (4) days for someone to call about BlueLink. Had to bring back the dealer plate that was suppose to be picked up. (4) daysCar was not registered in Alberta when we went to get plates. Quite frankly don’t think I will darken your door again unless it is for warranty work. Certainly can not recommend to others.
It took over a month for service to replace a broken window. I understand it needs to be shipped in but there was little or no updates from RCH. In addition I have to wait an extra 3 weeks for them to clean off the glue from the wrapping and fix the scratches from the damaged window.
It was first service and while the checks and oil change, curtesy of people and timeliness were all good, I did not like the complementary car cleaning. I know it is free but vacuum was not done properly and in spite of reminding 3rd row to be cleaned it was not. Hope I will get better cleaning next time.
