Ok here we go i arrive around 11 the attend was very helpful ask me what i would like to have done on my car. [just a oil change] She told me it should only be around a hour. Everything was going as planned. Saw my car come out of the service bay then parked. Serviced vehicle for tire rotation and inspect heating/cooling system. No issues with the service and that was completed as expected. However, have now been waiting 3 weeks for warranty work appointment and part(s) to arrive to fix AC. I called at 2 week mark to follow up and advisor (Matt)stated part is back ordered. I'm not confident part was ordered in the first place and now 3 weeks driving in hot weather with no resolution or follow up from River City.
I was told I need a new transmission and when I got a second and third opinion from transmission speacalist I was told this was not the case.
They said itd be 30-40 min, ended up being more like an hour. They asked if i wanted my car washed when i initially came in, i said sure- then they didnt bother to actually wash it. So why ask me then? Just to make the experience worse i guess. I was thinking about going back to say something, but i didnt want to wait another hour. I had come in to switch out winter tires- and the way they loaded them in the back afterwards was a special kind of stupid. Not happy at all
Hi I bought a brand new car I'm here some sound they will not fix it feel like I'm by used car
Not sure what to really say. Started off fine as I brought my vehicle in the morning to get serviced. Told service picking it up next morning when it opens. Asked them to appraise the vehicle since you have it for the day and I am looking at an upgrade. Come in next morning, service can't find my keys and wasted half hour to almost hour of my morning at a time were I am extremely busy working 15 hours a day (tax time as I am accountant) and to make things better not even sure my vehicle was appraised. I have never been to this car dealership. I received an invoice for a day I was never there and for a vehicle I do not own. I have attempted several times to get some information about this error and never get a reply or any answers. I dont know if some has falsely used my information or if this is an innocent error, but I would appreciate some information amd to ensure this gets corrected.
The car is a piece of junk....We have it 4 days and the on board computer goes the dealership has my new car for a week.The consul between the two front seat rattles and squeaks(was to be fix was not) The windshield has some kind of coating on it that is flaking off has little dots all over it.There was a large scratch in the back of the car that someone had had run into the car on the lot.Fix but not very well.
